If you have received an invoice from us with an invoice number and pin, enter the invoice number and pin then press Submit to proceed. If you invoice directs you to open your application, you must login and return to your application to pay.




Refund Policy

Application, permit/certification fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only in the event of overpayment, duplicate payments or if a payment was made when no fee was due.
