PBOT Regulatory Division
Dear valued customers,
During this unprecedented time, we hope that you are well. We want to assure you that we are trying to maintain our service while protecting your health and the health of our employees.
In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and in line with the guidance we have received from Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, we have closed our customer service center. This closure will currently last until March 26th, but could be extended. If it is extended, we will update you.
We are adapting our operations in an effort to keep disruptions to service to a minimum. This includes taking the following steps:
· Extending temporary permits (Email your request with the drivers full name and permit number to firstname.lastname@example.org)
· Continuing to process vehicle permits
· Continuing to process company permits
· Continuing to process driver background checks, certifications, and permits
The website will be updated as we have more information. If you have questions or concerns, please email email@example.com. Our staff will get back to you as soon as we are able.
Thank you for your patience.
